The B J Parker racing ambassador award is named for the late B J Parker who started out
as a driver in the 50’s and 60’s but was best known as a promoter. He promoted Midfield Guin and Sayre speedways and later BIR he founded The Southern Allstars Dirt and Asphalt series. B J loved racing and the people in it. He was known for his honesty always paying the advertised purse and his telling of great racing storys. We give this award to someone who loves racing and works hard to promote it .
